Non Italiano

We spent our last full day in Milan. The sun shone on Via Dante between the Castello Sforza and the Piazza del Duomo as we strolled along. Here's what we saw:

Scottish bagpipes

American Indians

Troubadour singing John Denver's "Sunshine" and Simon & Garfunkel's "Bridge Over Troubled Water." In English.

I asked the entire trip, "Where is the Italian music?" No matter where we went we heard American music. I feel we missed out on important part of the local culture.
